That's where we start in EM class, productively defining What embodiment is, and furthermore an exploration of what somatic embodiment can do for you and the science behind why it can do it.

We will also explore embodiment practices and somatic formulas based on specific needs and uses.

Story will be medicine as I share a variety of embodiment experiences that have come from community. 

The pyschology of embodiment as a conscious practice will be our muse. 

We'll explore the anatomical science of embodied medicine too! 

I will share my favorite embodiment formulas + practices 

You'll get to experience one as I guide you through it 

And finally we will discuss integrating embodiment experiences
