1:1 WITH AUDREY
I’ll meet you wherever you are, and you’ll be in my medicine room with me.
Logistically but also energetically.

These 1:1 sessions happen over zoom.
You get to set the container for you, one that supports the personal growth work we will do together. Most of the time I’ll be in a space I call the medicine room, a soundproof environment in my home, where I personally practice the same kind of work I’m asking you to do. It’s from this space I feel I’m most resourceful, effective, and grounded for you.
Energetically speaking, we work on whatever aspect of your life you’re ready to grow out of or transform, we talk about what you want to talk about. Along the way,I will teach you how to find the doorways into the subconscious through your life experiences. We explore and resource the use of language as a tool, and learn to hear what’s really being said and then ask the subconscious for more information. We integrate through discussing what actionable effect looks like in real life. And follow up by examining the outcomes with more curiosity and innovation.
